Job Description
HR Employment Bureau are proud to work in partnership with our client a leading manufacturing and distribution company based between Worcester and Malvern. Due to strong demand during the start of 2021 and the continued growth of the business, the position of Counterbalance Warehouse Operative has become available

To provide accurate and prompt picking, packing and dispatch of products.
Duties
Order fulfilment
Pick and pack customer orders to achieve agreed turn round targets
Dispatch orders with appropriate paperwork.
Loading trailers
Operation of Fork Lift
Goods Inwards Check quantities, record receipt and pass on paperwork to team leader
Unload trailers and containers
Stock maintenance
Ensure stock levels maintained
Rework stock as required
Housekeeping
Keep warehouse and outside forecourts clean and tidy
Stocktaking Once a month
General warehouse duties
Salary Details :
Monday to Friday 2pm – 10pm
Plenty of overtime available
Rate of pay £10.67 plus Bonus scheme
Or
Monday to Friday 6am - 2pm
Rate of Pay £10.04ph
Skills :
Valid Counterbalance Licence
Previous experience of working within a fast-paced warehouse environment is Essential
Good Literacy and Numeracy
Excellent Communication Skills
Previous use of WMS is preferred
