Job Description
Complete Investigations into Customer Complaints, and both internal and external non-conformances.
Assist with the maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System across both sites.
Collate and dispatch samples for external laboratory testing, review the results and prepare a report for the Technical Manager, escalating any urgent non-conformances that would impact product safety.
Complete regular product and packaging checks within the warehouses, resolving any issues, or escalating if necessary.
Inspect and file Retention Samples across both sites.
Be an active member of the CM team.
Internal Auditing
Sit in and contribute to regular supplier calls
Improve processes and working practices ensuring quality is kept to the forefront.
Create Quality based reports as required.
Any other duties as required.

Salary Details :
09:00 – 17:00 and includes a 30-minute lunch break.
Salary is £25,000
Monday to Friday
Wiling to travel between two sites (Rushock & Redditch)
Skills :
• Ideally IOSH Qualified – Managing Safely (Training can be given for the right person)
• Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
• Intermediate level of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
• Intermediate level of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Previous Administration Experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
