Main Duties:
To seek major clients to form strong working relationships.
Cultivate new client relationships and to grow customer loyalty.
Work with new clients to better understand their business needs and provide waste management solutions.
Assess costs, competition, supply and demand to identify current market prices.
Accurately forecasting future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the market place.
Serving as the business representative at major industry events shows, exhibitions and conferences.
Offer help and guidance to the Group Sales Development Manager as required.
Foreseeing and avoiding stagnation in the waste market.
Forming sales strategies to keep the Company innovative and competitive.
To achieve or exceed revenue targets on a monthly an ongoing basis.

Salary Details :
£35,000 to £45,000 However this may be negotiable dependant on experience
40 hours per week
25 days of holiday

Skills :
Experience of waste management industry desirable
Experience of selling Industrial Services such as Industrial Cleaning, Tank Cleaning, Jet Washing is Essential
Experience of working within a sales and marketing team.
Proven track record of winning new business.
Broad knowledge of processes within the waste management industry.
NEBOSH desirable however not essential
