Job Description
Duties include
Listing paper and digital records in preparation for selection decisions
Physical preparation of documents for transfer to The National Archives
Input paper and digital records into Excel
Assist in annual audit of inventory of FCDO records
Work in line with all company policies in particular relating to Health and Safety information security and confidentiality
Experience working in a team
Able to learn new processes and ways of working
Interested in archives heritage or related fields

Monday to Friday
08.00 till 16.00
37.5 hours per week
£23184.96 per year
Additional £1500 annual retention bonus paid at end of August each year
Skills :
Confident using Microsoft Excel
A methodical approach
Close attention to detail and high standards of spelling grammar and punctuation
High standards of personal organisation to manage a varied workload with the ability to respond to changing priorities
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to carry out repetitive tasks when required without compromising accuracy
