HR Employment are seeking a Transport Administrator to join our busy client based in West Bromwich. As Transport Administrator you will provide support to the Transport team, ensuring all required paperwork is completed accurately to the company and customer standards.
- Booking vehicles in for MOT & Inspections, creating repair & maintenance bookings.
- Diary management.
- Printing reports.
- Ensuring tachos / vehicles have been downloaded.
- Liaising with drivers
- Driver Packs
Hours: Monday to Thursday 7am - 4.30pm, Friday 7am – 2.30pm

DOE £26K - £28.5K

Skills :
- Previous experience of working in a Transport Administration role is Essential
- Strong IT skills and knowledge of Excel
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team
