Job Description
Greeting visitors at as the first point of contact
Being the first point of call for answering and directing of all incoming phone calls
Ensure that the reception & meeting room are kept in a constant state of customer reediness.
Archiving of paperwork onto the company server.
Liaise with customers to provide information on current orders.
Update factory screen savers and notice boards with any information or KPIs that are applicable to
factory staff.
Support and work alongside the Accounts & administration Assistant with day-to-day tasks when
required.
General support for the Directors, Managers & Office with administrative processes and one-off tasks
Responsible for checking of consumables weekly and informing the Third-Party Logistics Co-Ordinator on
what needs to be ordered.
Processing of weekly timesheets for production staff and forwarding onto Finance Director and relevant departments.
Assisting with production support roles during quiet period

Must have exceptional organisation and communication skills. Should be highly driven, motivated, and work in a
structured way. Must maintain be polite and professional.
Positive attitude with a desire to learn and develop. The person must be proactive and a good team player and
have confidence when speaking with customers.
Good level of IT and analytical skills are required in order to fulfil this role, together with presenting everything to a
high-quality standard at all times. Ideally, as a minimum, a basic knowledge of word, outlook and excel is required
and previous experience within an office environment role.
