One of our clients are currently on the lookout for a Internal Sales Executive in Alcester
Duties include:
- Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, providing detailed product information and responding to customer needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring high satisfaction and customer loyalty.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales orders in coordination with the external sales team.
Track and report on sales activities, opportunities, and order fulfillment to ensure targets are met.
- Conduct market research to identify potential new business and expansion opportunities within current customer segments.

Salary Details :
Monday to Friday
Hours: 7:30am-4:30pm Monday to Thursday and 7:30am-12:30pm
Salary: £26K-£32K DOE
Contract: Temp to perm
Skills :
Minimum 3 years working in technical sales
Experience producing quotations from technical drawings would be a distinct advantage
Technical or Engineering qualifications are desirable, together with some hands-on experience working in a manufacturing company
Knowledge fluid handling and or automotive would be advantageous
Experience using MRP and or CRM software desirable for this together with some experience updating websites/using marketing tools.
